Emily Arons, a former children’s entertainment executive, crafts page-turning sci-fi eco-adventures that inspire kids to get outside and explore. After years bringing magical worlds to life at Pokémon and Wizards of the Coast, she now creates her own—blending wonder, nature, and bold storytelling with kids at the heart.
Her debut novel, Miro Chronicles—a Pacific Northwest Writers Association finalist—is the first in a planned series. Kirkus Reviews praises its “colorful settings and characters” and calls it “a high-spirited adventure.”
When she’s not writing, Emily is chasing the wild—whether running the Grand Canyon, hiking Half Dome, exploring Pacific Northwest trails, or playing tennis with friends. She lives in Woodinville, Washington, with her family, a bossy cat, and two dogs who supervise every word.
